Needle Tea ( Handmade)

Unique and a labor of Love. Needle tea is made out of a leaf and a bud hand rolled individually before drying for preservation.

Oolong Tea

Oolong Tea is tea where there has been partial fermentation of the leaves. In making Oolong Tea the fermentation process is allowed only up to 30% and 70% is left green. Stopping the fermentation at the right time is the most important factor relating to Oolong Tea’s success.
