Tea, an exotic drink, is not just refreshing and stimulating but also extremely healthy.

On an average, British people drink approximately 3 cups if tea a day with about 70%of the UK population drinking tea on a regular basis.

Taken on its own tea has no calories. However, when milk is added to it, it can provide a number of vitamins and minerals.
